Do you have the Turkey or Ham lined up for Thanksgiving but want some great side dish ideas? Chef Dez will walk you through his family favorites like the most amazing Pumpkin and Cranberry Salads, Peppered Cheese Bread, and Dez’s Famous Four Hour Gravy with the most heavenly Garlic Mashed Potatoes you will ever eat, and for dessert: Cranberry Bread Pudding! Dez will even talk turkey by sharing with you his secrets for cooking turkey easily and to moist perfection!
All classes include two glasses of wine, Perrier, or Italian soda, and run approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
