Come join Chef Dez in the YES CHEF Kitchen for this salute to the Irish as we explore Irish cooking with Dez’s twist on the following recipes: Hearty & Bold Guinness Beef Stew, Classic Colcannon (the best cabbage mashed potatoes you will ever eat) served with a Guinness Cream Reduction, and of course Rich & Moist Guinness Brownies for dessert! You will be set to impress your guests on the 17th!
