Tonight, we will focus not only on how to store, roast and peel garlic most efficiently; Chef Dez will also take you on a culinary journey through four recipes focusing on this amazing ingredient. On the menu will be Honey Garlic Meatballs, Roasted Garlic Mediterranean Bruscetta, Cajun Flank Steak drenched with garlic butter, and the best Garlic & Cheese Italian Polenta you will ever have.
