Holiday Entertaining Appetizers - Wednesday, Dec. 11 at 6:30 pm
Are you entertaining the troops this upcoming holiday season but have run out of ideas? Let Chef Dez and YES CHEF give you some great ideas by cooking up some great recipes tonight that will leave even the most discriminating Foodie satisfied. First, we will start with a delicious contrasting Italian Pear & Cappicollo Antipasti, followed by Rosemary Maple Bacon Jam with Goat Cheese & Crackers, Pork Medallions with Single Malt Whiskey Pan Sauce, and mouth-watering Pan Seared Scallops in Sage Brown Butter.
All classes include two glasses of wine, Perrier, or Italian soda, and run approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
