The most versatile of all the springtime vegetables, the rhubarb passes itself off as a fruit and its versatility is far from humble!
In this class we will cover the many faces of rhubarb:
Lemonade, cocktails, compotes, salads, pickles, sorbet, pies and cakes.
The results are so delicious!
