Chef Jeffery Young recommends this citrus and savoury Fish Rub for all kinds of fish and seafood. Try it on salmon, shrimp, or white fish filets - perfect for fresh grilled fish tacos.
You can also turn this rub into a marinade by mixing some of the spice rub with a little extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice - ease and simplicity.
Ingredients: Sea salt, Paprika, brown sugar, sesame seeds, lemon zest, cinnamon, seaweed, citric acid, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne.
