Yes, today is the Fat Tuesday celebration of Mardi Gras! Instead of traveling to New Orleans to celebrate, all you need to do is go to YES CHEF with Chef Dez! This New Orleans inspired menu starts off with Berry Salads with a Warm Bacon Dressing. Then mouth-watering Chicken & Sausage Gumbo (quoted as being better than Emeril’s) served with the world’s best cornbread. For dessert: Sweet Biscuits with Rum Flambéed Bananas and vanilla bean ice cream.
