Tonight's class features flavours from India that are easy enough for beginners to replicate!
Handmade naan bread with raita (similar to tzatziki) start this meal of two curries. Chicken Tikka Masala and Lentil Korma with both be served over basmati and roasted vegetables.
Make a big batch and freeze it for future use. You’ll never buy it again once you learn these recipes.
This recipe is authentic and big enough to store some in the freezer for later.
All classes include two glasses of wine, Perrier, or Italian soda, and run approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
I am an avid cookaholic, who loves to make everything from scratch. I would like to teach people that feeding yourselves healthy, wholesome food is not as difficult nor as time consuming as you may think. With some of my time saving tips and tricks, you are guaranteed to learn a thing or two, whether you are a novice or you already love to cook. I feel that living in the Fraser Valley is a blessing as it gives us access to an abundance of beautiful fresh agricultural products.
