Learn the skill of fresh pasta making!
Chef Bruno will be creating a homemade potato thyme gnocchi in a mushroom sauce, followed by saffron pasta with a tuna putanesca.
Two glasses of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage is provided to each student.
Class begins at 5:30pm, and will run approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
