Greek Dolmades - Tuesday, Apr. 14 at 6:30pm
Come spend a casual evening in a cooking workshop with Chef Dez. Less formal than a full cooking class and more “hands on” as we show you how to make Greek Dolmades, better known as Stuffed Grape Vine Leaves. Although cooked in chicken stock, these meatless version of Dolmades are very balanced with complex layers of flavours. As a bonus you will also learn how to make Greek Hummus and we’ll serve it with fresh pita bread. Dez is well known for his Greek food and this class won’t disappoint!
All classes include two glasses of wine, Perrier, or Italian soda, and run approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
