Italian At Home - Wednesday, May 6 at 6:30pm
In this class students will make a pizza dough from scratch, assemble & bake individual pizzas. They will also prepare, roll & cut pasta dough.

Homemade Pappardelle Pasta With Herbed Breadcrumbs
Carrot Cake with White Chocolate Olive Oil Cream & Candied Carrots
All classes include two glasses of wine, Perrier, or Italian soda, and run approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours

Sue Wiebe is a British Columbia based cooking instructor specializing in elevated classic cuisine. Sue is in constant & enthusiastic pursuit of culinary excellence and is focused on developing recipes that are current, adaptable and suited to every level of culinary prowess.
Sue was formerly the Executive Chef & owner of Stoney Creek Cookery & is also known for her appearance on Chopped Canada.
Sue exemplifies the adage that “the best teachers are constant students”. Her ongoing training includes certificates from Le Cordon Bleu, The California Institute of Culinary Arts & Vancouver Pastry Training Centre.
Sue recently participated in the Master Class Series at Jean Auboine Chocolatier in Las Vegas where her passion for desserts was re-ignited.
