Mardi Gras! - Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 6:30pm
The Fat Tuesday celebration of Mardi Gras may not be until next week, but that isn’t going to stop Chef Dez from celebrating it tonight! This New Orleans inspired menu starts off with Berry Salads with a Warm Bacon Dressing. Then mouth-watering Chicken & Sausage Gumbo (quoted as being better than Emeril’s) served with the world’s best cornbread. For dessert: Sweet Biscuits with Rum Flambéed Bananas and vanilla bean ice cream.
All classes include two glasses of wine, Perrier, or Italian soda, and run approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
