MIDDLE EASTERN CUISINE WITH CARL SAWATSKY - Sunday, March 3/24 at 4:30pm
If you have never tried Middle Eastern cuisine, now is the time!
Alongside Chef Carl, you will learn how to make Zataar Beet Dip with Yogurt, Kofta b'siniyah (spiced meatballs), Hummus, and Chicken Shawarma on Pita with Tahini Sauce.
Two servings of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage is provided to each student.
Class begins at 5:30pm, and will run approximately 2.5 – 3 hours.
Growing up in the lower mainland, Chef Carl honed his craft among the local restaurant scene, spending time at wineries, gastro pubs and fine dining establishments. Most recently Chef Carl crafted the menu at Farmhouse Brewing in Chilliwack. These days Carl is an Assistant Chef Instructor at Chilliwack Secondary School, inspiring the next generation of cooks.

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, please feel free to pass your tickets on to another party.
