Seafood Night in Italy - Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 6:30pm
Chef Dez is known for his passion for Mediterranean foods. Tonight, he’ll share that passion with you and his love for seafood by preparing three of his personal favourite recipes: delicious Steamed Mussels in Red Wine & Garlic, mouth-watering Tomato & Sausage Clams, and an authentic Scampi dish that will have you asking for more. All served with big chunks of bread for dipping!
All classes include two glasses of wine, Perrier, or Italian soda, and run approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
Chef Dez is a Red Seal Chef, Culinary Instructor, Author and National Food Columnist. His passion for food and people is unbounded and anyone who has attended his classes would agree.
