Chef Bruno Feldeisen will be starting with a delicious French Onion with melted brie - real classic French flavours!
Next up baked Tuna, Spring Ratatouille and black olive sauce.
And finally, for dessert Choux A La Creme (Cream Puffs) Learn how to make these cute, lights and delicious little pastries and unlock the dessert possibilities!
Two glasses of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage is provided to each student.
Class begins at 5:30pm, and will run approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
