Simply place a whole Wild Hibiscus Flower in the bottom of a champagne flute, pour in some syrup and fill up with bubbly. All the bubbles stream off and gently unfurl the flower. You can eat the flower; it has a delicious raspberry and rhubarb flavor. Great for that special occasion.

Each jar contains 11 delicious flowers in a sweet syrup that are ready to add to champagne, cocktails, desserts, appetizers, and so much more! The taste is very much like a raspberry/cranberry.

  Fill the center of the flower with goat's cheese, spreadable cream cheese, mousse or cheesecake. Use the syrup from the jar in drinks in the place of grenadine or add to salad dressings. Decorate desserts, cakes, cheesecakes and cheese platters.
