RETURN POLICY:
- A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
- Full return will be honoured on unused items in their original packaging and/or our price tag still on.
- Full refund will be honoured on claims due to manufacturer's fault.
- There are no returns on food items or books.
- All clearance items are a ‘final sale’.
- A 15% restocking fee will be held back for items without its original box and/or tags.
- For shipped online orders that have arrived broken , we require an email with images of the broken items inside the shipping box within 24 hours of receiving it, in order to claim. Email to info@yeschef.ca
- Exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase (with the exception of Christmas purchases being January 25, with proof of purchase)
- Items returned with a gift receipt will receive credit back on a gift card.
- Gift Cards and E-cards are not redeemable for cash, and are not refundable.
- There are no returns/exchanges on Gift Boxes.
