In this lively demonstration-style class, Chef Bruno will share the bold flavours, rustic techniques, and relaxed spirit that make Spanish-inspired dishes unforgettable. Guests will watch each dish come together while learning tips for layering flavour, working with traditional ingredients, and bringing Mediterranean warmth to everyday cooking.
The featured menu includes:
- Huevos Rancheros
- Tuna Baked in White Wine & Beans
- Alfajores Cookies
Two servings of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage is provided to each student.
Class begins at 5:30pm, and will run approximately 3 to 3.5 hours.
