In this lively demonstration-style class, Chef Bruno will share the amazing flavours of our own beautiful British Columbia.
The featured menu includes:
- Grilled Sockeye Salmon with German Potato Salad
- Herb Roasted Ling Cod with Peach, Corn and Fennel Salad
- Warm Peach Galette with Lavender Honey Cream
Two servings of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage is provided to each student.
Class begins at 5:30pm, and will run approximately 3 to 3.5 hours.

Tickets are non-refundable, but if you are unable to attend, please feel free to pass your tickets on to another party.
