Introducing our single origin Okumidori. This vibrant emerald green matcha has a fitting name given Okumidori means "Deep Green"; it boasts a beautiful nutty finish and hint of fresh cut grass.

MAIL'S ICED MATCHA LATTE RECIPE:

1. In a bowl or a chawan, measure 2.5 g / 1 packed tsp of our Okumidori Blend.
2. (Optional) Add 1 tsp of honey or agave.
3. Pour 5g of hot water into the bowl to melt the sweetener and powder.
4. Draw a wide circle with the whisk or chasen until the powder is clump free.
5. Pour a bit more hot water to loosen the mixture until easily pourable.
6. Prepare a glass with ice and 250 ml of milk and pour the matcha mixture on top.
