Our Kouyou blend is made of three high quality cultivars; Okumidori, Samidori and Yabukita for the smoothest and sweetest drinking experience. We chose this blend so you can enjoy a strong matcha flavour in both milk and water. Our producer is located in Uji, Kyoto - the epicentre of all things matcha.

MAIL'S ICED MATCHA LATTE RECIPE
1. In a bowl or a chawan, measure 2.5 g / 1 packed tsp of our Kouyou Blend.
2. (Optional) Add 1 tsp of honey or agave.
3. Pour 5 g of hot water into the bowl to melt the sweetener and powder.
4. Draw a wide circle with the whisk or chasen until the powder is clump free.
5. Pour a bit more hot water to loosen the mixture until easily pourable.
6. Prepare a glass with ice and 250 ml of milk and pour the matcha mixture on top.
