This mix is incredible. It's so easy to make, the crepes are chewy and perfect and we tested endlessly so that they are foolproof every time. Each bag makes around 24 crepes and can be made in 1/3 batches as well. Our crepe mix comes with a little sachet of sugar to sprinkle on top so customers can drizzle on the citrus of their choice and VOILA! The perfect elegant and easy breakfast or holiday treat.
