Made from fine flavour cocoa beans grown on the El Rosario farm in Necoclí, Colombia, this bar isn’t just about taste — it’s about impact. El Rosario transformed from a cattle ranch into a thriving cacao farm, creating over 250 jobs in a region once heavily affected by conflict. Oh, and it’s the first cocoa farm in the world to be certified by SlaveFreeTrade.org— which is kind of a big deal.
