The WÜSTHOF 15-Slot Beechwood Knife Block offers a safe and convenient way to store your knives and includes a slot for your honing steel and kitchen shears.

15-Slot Knife block includes slots for:

2 – Chef and Asian-Styled Knives – 2” slot
3 – Large Bread and Task Knives – 1.5” slot
7 – Steak or Paring Knives – 1” slot
1 – Large Chef’s Knives – 2.25” slot
1 – Kitchen Shear – 1 3/8” x .5” slot
1 – Honing Steel – 5/8” x 5/8” slot

Knife block dimensions: 10.5" L x 4.5" W x 8.5" H

Please note, due to the nature of the wood, the color and grain pattern of each knife block may vary.

• Wipe clean with a damp, lint-free cloth.
• Knives should be completely dry before being placed in the block to avoid moisture build-up in the wood.
