Very handy to have one tart tamper with two differently sized ends. Just place a small amount of dough in the tart tin. Dust the end of the tart tamper with flour. Push dough down, turning tamper slightly and voila - you have a nice tart dough shell! Also handy for making that little coin-sized indentation in your hamburgers to keep them from coming up as you grill them.
