This Fleur de Sel is harvested in the natural preserve salt works in Ibiza. The small, fragile crystals only form on sunny days with low humidity and steady winds. They are unique in texture and flavor and contain over 80 vital minerals and trace elements. It is a particularly mild salt.
In collaboration with Plastic Free Ibiza to support local projects working towards a cleaner environment. This special edition powder blue pot houses their best-selling Fleur de Sel with intensely aromatic black garlic.
