SWISSMAR Beechwood Muddler
Tend bar like a professional with this sturdy beechwood muddler. The round end is used to muddle (mix) a lime with sugar to create a sweet syrup, then mixed with Cachaca (Brazilian sugar cane liquor) and ice to make a Caipirinha. The other end is used to crush fresh mint leaves, then muddled with sugar and lime and added to rum and soda water with ice to make a Mojito. The durable teeth on one end are ideal for hard fruits such as apples as well as soft fruits and herbs. The muddler's length allows the bottoms of shakers and tall glasses to be easily reached.
