The USA Pan Half Sheet Pan provides home bakers with a classic baking experience for creating flawless homemade cookies, pizza or french fries!  The pan surface is coated with a proprietary AMERICOAT® Plus coating, a non-stick silicone, allowing you to easily release your baked goods from the pan.

Designed to fit securely onto our Half Sheet Pan, simply snap on the lid for worry-free transport of your party-ready bakes. Our bakeware is made with aluminized steel, the material of choice for commercial bakeries and coated with AMERICOAT®, a nonstick silicone made without PTFE, PFOA and BPA, that allows you to easily remove your baked goods from the pan.
